TextFX plugin have many functions that make your life easier.
For example, it contains add current date-time script in short and long format which is necessary when you would like to take note about something with time-stamp.

1. Go to Plugins --> Plugin Manager --> Show Plugin Manager
2. In Tab Available, Check TextFX --> Click Install button

Step
1. You have to install plugin NppExec
1.1 Go to Plugins --> Plugin Manager --> Show Plugin Manager
1.2 In Tab Available, Check NppExec --> Click Install button
2. Restart Notepad++
3. Press F6
4. Type in the following commands
cd $(CURRENT_DIRECTORY)
javac $(FILE_NAME)
java $(NAME_PART)
5. Save script "Compile and Run Java"
6. Click Close button
7. Go to Plugins --> NppExec --> Advanced Options...
8. Add script "Compile and Run Java" into Menu items
8.1 In Associated script, Select Compile and Run Java
8.2 Click Add/Modify button
9. Click OK button
10. Restart Notepad++
11. Go to Run --> Modify Shortcut/Delete Command...
12. In Tab Plugin commands, Find Name "Compile and Run Java" and Assign Shortcut to this script.
13. Click Close button
14. Restart Notepad++

How to determine the most similar words in dictionary

One way to perform error-correction is to find the most similar words in dictionary that has the minimum Levenshtein distance.

If you would like to suggest how to correct those words, you have to follow these steps.
1. Calculate Levenshtein Distance which will give you a result in a 2D matrix form.
2. Track back from bottom-right to upper-left of the matrix by using this criteria
• Selecting the minimum of position [i-1, j-1], [i-1, j], and [i, j-1]
• If select [i-1, j-1], without reducing number by 1 --> Same (Do nothing)
• If select [i-1, j-1], with reducing number by 1 --> Substitution
• If select [i-1, j], with reducing number by 1 --> Deletion
• If select [i, j-1], with reducing number by 1 --> Insertion

Note: Sometimes you will find two or three minimum numbers. The simplest solution is to randomly select one of them. The different of selecting the minimum number will result in different ways of correcting words.

To change the listening port of Remote Desktop, follow these steps

Start Registry Editor.
Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\TerminalServer\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\PortNumber
On the Edit menu, click Modify, and then click Decimal.
Type the new port number, and then click OK.
Quit Registry Editor.
Restart the computer.

Caution: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly.

Google has rolled out many interesting technologies to enrich many users around the world. One of them is Google Cloud Print which, right now, is a beta version. By using this technology, you make printers available to the application that can access Google Cloud Print.

Back to the point I have made about this topic, if you want to print web page to Google Document as pdf file format, Google Cloud Print provide one option beside your printers which is Save to Google Docs. The following is steps that I use to print web site from Google Chrome.

Ctrl + P
Select Destination as Print to Google Cloud Print
Select Save to Google Docs

Today, we’re giving you an in-depth look at the new design. If you like what you see, over the next few days you’ll be able to switch to the new look by clicking on Switch to the new look in the bottom-right of Gmail.

Streamlined conversations

Conversation view has been completely redesigned to help you read through your email threads. You’ll now see profiles pictures for your contacts, so it’s easier to keep track of who said what. We also stripped out as much as possible so you can focus on communicating with your friends and colleagues.

Elastic density

We know that you use Gmail from a variety of screen sizes and devices, so now the spacing between elements on the screen will automatically change based on the kind of display you’re using. If you prefer a denser view all the time, you can change your density manually in the Settings menu.

New HD themes

Themes have been completely rebuilt to enable us to bring you a new set of beautiful high resolution themes with imagery provided by iStockphoto. We've updated most of the old favorites as well and your theme will be automatically carried over to the new look. Go to the Settings menu to take another look at themes and choose the one that fits you best.

Smarter navigation

The navigation panel on the left keeps your labels and chat contacts in view at all times. It's also more customizable: you can resize the labels and chat areas if you want to see more, or hide the chat area entirely via the chat icon in the lower left. You can also use the arrow keys to navigate around the interface.

Better search

Click the dropdown in the search box to see a new advanced search panel, which makes it easier and faster to find exactly what you're looking for. You can use the same panel to create a filter from any search in just a few clicks.

We’re excited to finally share Gmail’s new look with you. We’ll be bringing these changes to everyone soon, but if you’d like to make the switch right away, we’re rolling out a Switch to the new look link in the bottom-right of Gmail over the next few days.

With this feature, sending and receiving a message from Gmail to any phone is free. When replying with an SMS from phone to Gmail, you will be charged a regular SMS rate by your mobile provider. Gmail SMS is currently available for dtac and True Move subscribers.
